The Garbage Can
When I was at college I was in a play that I was polishing
the outside of a garbage can. Jesus walked by and asked what I was doing. I
told I was trying to make myself beautiful. He said have you look inside. I
said I never thought too. So I looked inside and I saw the worst stinking mess
in the whole world, made all my polishing worthless. I said Jesus how will I
clean this mess up, and he told me just allow me to help you, stop throwing
garbage in, and from that moment on my garbage change went from being dirty and
ugly to something beautiful, but took time, best this Jesus was with me all the
way.
Jesus can be with you if you will just trust him, repent
from your sins and allow him to come and he will help you clean up your life ,
little by little and soon you will be the vessel he wants you to be.
